The Tour
Thursday, 27-08-2020:
Arrival and welcome cerimony at the Tenuta Monteti by the owners of the winery and the native speaking tour guide. Check-in and brief introduction to the location. Opportunity to spend the rest of the day with a visit to Capalbio, a romantic settlement of fortresses in the typical Tuscan style.
Friday, 28-08-2020:
This day is dedicated to the host, the Tenuta Monteti winery and his wine!
Breakfast on the veranda of the Tuscan country house adjacent to the cellar, which is also the accommodation for the 4 days of the trip. Subsequent visit to the winery, with vineyards, production areas and winery; tasting of wines from Tenuta Monteti
Lunch
The afternoon is dedicated to the seminar on wine: “from the harvest to the blending”. Under the guidance of experts you will receive the unique opportunity to blend your own wine!
Saturday, 29-08-2020:
1. Day trip to Rome
or
2. Day trip to Porto Santo Stefano and surroundings
or
3. Excursions in the surrounding areas, for example to the Museo Agricolo, the Museo del Vino and the parco dei tarocchi
Sunday, 30-08-2020:
After a common breakfast and check-out we set off for the return journey. As a thank you for your stay, Tenuta Monteti will hand out a surprise package to all their guests.
